Where and how, if at all, should sex education be conducted?

So when a man and a woman falls in love, they go to this conference where sex education is taught there. Sex is an issue causing unplanned pregnancy, sexual transmitted infection, and unhealthy relationships. Sex education should be taught in schools or in health class. Schools are already doing this and it has helped many teens to keep abstinent. Teens should be taught some important facts about sexual intercourse, the consequences, and how to stay abstinent. However, most teen pregnancy occur in poor rural areas. Is it because sex education isn't taught over there? They should put more focus on the poor areas and teach teens about troubles of sex.

Should a rating system be required for song lyrics?

"Stacks on deck, patron on ice, Baby, you can have what ever you like," right? Sure.... Today's music industry is focused on drinking, clubbing, and sex. But are the lyrics feel obscene? Well if it's music and it's a piece of artwork, then it should be played on the radio. However, it's the message on what the song is saying. Drinking, clubbing, and sex is something you should be singing about, but I doesn't hurt that bad. Swearing is popular, but they should still cut it out from radio. The only way if songs wouldn't be played on the radio if the lyrics contain discrimination, or threatening remarks. "California Bikini girls... sex on the beach," Sure. "Kill Asian People... Rape all the women." Umm... No.

Do certain children's toys create social problems?

I believe toys build a child's life structure. For every toy out there brings an aspect out it. Action figures brings action, teddy bears brings innocence, and building blocks builds creativity. Every toy brings joy to children even a ball can keep a child satisfied. Does this build social or emotional problems? I remember being young, our elementary school would do show and tell. All the children would bring their favorite toy from home. There would be one kid that show his cool Bionacles and everyone would be amazed by it. Everyone would want to touch and play with it. Toys draw a line from the cool kids and the uncool kids. Already, a class system builds in schools because of the toys you have. The cooler your toys are, the cooler you are. The lame your toys are having no toys at all, the uncooler you are. It's that simple.

Should bartenders be held responsible for the behavior of their patrons?

Drinking is a problem, but are bartenders should be the ones kept responsible for these alcoholics? I think bartenders shouldn't be responsible for actions done by the drinker. It is the bartenders job to serves drinks to their customer, protect the bar, and get paid. However, bartenders should give a little caution for overdosed drinkers. It is the drinker's decisions that they make for what ever consequences they may lead to. We shouldn't blame the bartenders for not keeping us responsible. We should blame ourselves.

Should sex and violence on television or in the movies be restricted?

"It seems today that all you see is violence in movies and sex on TV," the beginning line of the Family Guy theme song. But the question is the next lyrics of the song; "Where are those good old fashion values?" The media has increased the level of violence and nudity. Should it be taken into action? The community favors in todays violence and nudity. For example, the TV show Family Guy has been cancelled many times due to it's violent nature, and inappropriate content. But the community had begged for the show to come back. Fox television has brought back Family Guy to television continuing the same jokes and violence. It's hard to limit the violence when it's what brings entertainment to the media. It's only up to the parents to control what their young ones are able to watch and see on television and movies.

Should English be declared the official language of the United States?

Que? I think so... English should be declared as the official language of the United States. With English being popular in the United States, why shouldn't it be it declared as the official language? Communication would be easier and reliable. English is already taught in schools to the young. You can have a second language but you have to at least know how to speak basic English. There should be a law that you must know how to speak English. They would have to test you on how well you can speak basic English. If you pass, you pass, If you fail, then you would have to take classes to learn how to speak basic English. However, English isn't just the main language of the United States. The second largest language in the United States is Spanish, coming from Mexico.  Spanish should also be another official language. It's kinda like China having two types of languages; Mandarin and Cantonese. If you know at least one of the languages, you should be set.
